Outdoor Water Restrictions Begin October 10
To account for a lower water production capability while The City connects some new components to its water treatment plants, The City of Calgary announced on October 10 Stage 3 outdoor water restrictions will begin and last approximately six weeks.

Posted this because I know some people get all their news from Calgary Puck.

The one thing I've noticed; in the mornings I now have a lot more water pressure than before. I would have thought there would be less.

I water my trees right up until I have to shut off my outside taps. Those damn trees drink a lot of water.

Yeah, I gave my one tree a good drink on Monday.

I saw a woman on Monday watering the trees in the ravine, outside of her yard!

We have had a water ban for the last few years over here in London, UK.

NO washing your car
NO watering plants/trees
NO water fights

This applies even to outdoor soccer pitches, tennis lawns, cricket grounds etc.

You are meant to report your neighbours if they do it but most neighbourhoods don't. Although some nervous types go out at 3am to water their precious plants.
