Next week's finale should be a dandy. Only 4 rockers left. For those that watch the show....post your predictions here.

This is my order for who I want to win:

1. Lukas
2. Magni
3. Toby
4. Dilana

And for who I think will win:

1. Toby
2. Lukas
3. Dilana
4. Magni

I got curious about Lukas today and I looked him up on Google and I realized I had a song that he did with a band called Cleavage on my computer, it was from 2001 I couldn't believe that it was the same guy.

the exact same, I kinda hope Lukas doesn't win personally because it'll mean he'll be doing something original possibly with Rise Electric again and it'll actually get some air play, this time around

After Toby's last performance, I think it's his to lose. Lukas at one point was far and away the leader, but Toby has gotten better and better each week. Lukas really needs to pull something out of his ass next week because if it sounds the same as tonight or last night, he won't win.

I think Toby, Lukas, and Magni are all in a position of if and that's a big if Dilana wins they'll still go on do something descent and actually have a popular album, I don't see this being the case with Dilana.

Yeah, and I can't believe they voted Storm off before Dilana. Storm was way better and way hotter too.

I was hoping they'd send both packing, Storm was a good vocalist but I don't think she was suited for the band, but much more than delana

Just curious, why do so many people like Lucas? Is it because he's Canadian?

I don't like his little get up, I believe the term is "emo". And his voice is just annoying to me, he over sings every song.

And that is coming from a guy who often likes "acquired taste" singing voices; Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Phil Collins, Tom Petty etc.

Dilana sounds like Sass Jordan circa 92.

I hope Toby or Magni win as they are the only two with any hint of testosterone.

I like his voice, as I posted earlier I had a track from his band cleavage from 2001, and really liked it, I would also look at your personal taste's. I wouldn't necessarily say he's Emo but pretty close. Emo are whiny little punks crying about going to school when they are in their 30's lmao j/k. I compared Dilana with Janis Joplin, voice has that musty smokiness to it. I think Toby or Magni will win, personally I see Lukas having a bigger carreer without Supernova

That Lukas fruit is the biggest poseur on the show, completely horrid.

Hahahahaha! So true, she sounds old and tired, nota fan of the contrived whiskey voice.

Ryan Star was the only real singer on the show, Storm was decent also.

This is my order:

Lukas
Dilana
Magni
Toby

I think Storm's original song was the best by far, I don't know why they liked Toby's more, I thought it sounded too pop - although did you guys see the first Supernova performance? Backup dancers? WTF? I've never seen backup dancers for a rock band, and I don't want to start now.

It seems the band has its faves...Lukas among them.

I think it comes down to two of the guys...but the Icelander wins....

1. Magni
2. Lukas

3. Toby
4. Dilana

It depends if they want a Showman who may become a good lead singer or if they want a good lead singer who may become more of a showman.

If they want the former it will be down to Lukas and Dilana. If they want the latter it'll be Magni or Toby.

Personally the best vocalist on the show and pretty much week after week is Magni. You can tell he has played a lot of bigger shows in his homeland. He doesn't do the theatrics of slapping hands with the crowd etc....things that at a rock concert you do not usually see unless it's the last song of the night. He paces the stage and delivers a strong performance each and every song he sings. The perfect lead singer for a serious band that doesn't want to rely on theatrics....though it is a tommy lee band so theatrics is what you get and what he wants I think.

On Lukas. I don't know what it is about the show but if look for Rise Electric on youtube you'll find several songs. Taped with a cheap camara but the mix is so much better than what we get in TV land. Easily understandable and watching those clips on youtube i think you can see why he has lasted this long and has a very good shot at winning. I personally think his stripped down version of Headspin that is on youtube completely kicks the butt of the version he did the last two nights.

Dilana...I'm over her. She impressed the first couple of weeks. Sounds at times like Marianne Faithful but not neraly as distinctive or as good but most of the time like Sass jordan. And though I don't particularily care for Sass Jordan her voice is so much more dynamic than what Dilana has to offer vocally. The fact they didn't boot her when she couldn't keep her mouth shut and her whole "woe is me" act the last couple of weeks indicates to me that they are seriously considering her and one other.

Toby...you know I'm not sure anyone has seen the true Toby. He's a smart guy and early on he learned what SauvePorn wanted and he has shaped his image around it. Every week his appearance begins to get a little more Lukas like as does his attitude. Perhaps it is the real him but he just seems to be trying to fit a mould instead of being himself. He just doesn't seem to be distinctive in any way shape or form from some of the better local band guys that while very good are not good enough to get a deal.

It's doubtful I would ever pay to see the band play for 2 hours with any of these singers. But I'd most likely pay to watch Lukas. The guy has great potential to put on a great show and do good things musically. I would not pay that much to see Dilana or Toby for 2 hours. Magni perhaps as you'd be guaranteed a fine vocal performance from him.

I've really enjoyed both Rockstar seasons. Funny thing is, I have yet to like the band they are trying out for. I havn't liked a single Supernova track yet.

When Lucas changes the arrangement of popular songs, it is still really good. Others tried it without much success. He still mumbles a bit too much for my taste, but he has given a bunch of killer performances. He seems to give off a Mick Jaggar vibe. He will be a great frontman, but as Clarkey mentioned, he may be a bit more emo than the band would like.

I thought Dilana would be there to the end, but I think just about everyone has now seen her limitations, and she may have burned a few bridges. I wouldn't have been surprised to see her go last night, but she has had anough killer performances that the got by on 'built up cred', as Dave would say. (and I was shocked to find out she is 3 years younger than Storm(34 vs 37))

I think Magni would be the best. I really liked his original. But I really can't see him away from his family for as long as a tour would require. I suppose he would know best.

Toby seems like the biggest 'pop' artist. I'm surprised that the Supernova songs that have been played so far aren't as heavy as I expected, so that seems to bode well for Toby.

For an interesting read, go to http://www.6767.com/
It is Dave Navarro's personal blog, and you get a bit more idea about what is going on than just on the show.

Maybe maybe not. She definitely played the sympathy card way too much. Especially in the performance show where she got carried to her chair but somehow magically can bounce all over the place on one foot while singing the next song. Though luckily it didn't seem to work as most people saw it for what it was...a desparate bid for the sympathy vote. The problem with her is that her day one performance of lithium was her best of the competition while the other guys are getting better.

However, I saw Holly McNarland put on a good and energetic 90 minute show a couple of hours after busting her leg. She basically came from the hospital to the show. Good painkillers can be magical...but you sure pay for it when they wear off.

I thought last nights was the first decent song. It was also a song that I think only Magni could sing and do it justice. It needed what Magni brings to the table.

Easy enough to bring the wife and toddler on tour I think. I'm sure Tommy Lee and Gilby Clarke bring their kids along for some stretches of a tour. I don't think that will be a problem.
