Summer Tourney Info

OK folks, here is the info for the summer tournament. Here's how things are going to go down:

Position changes - please send any final position changes for the tournament before 10 pm tonight.

Roster file update - a final updated roster file will be posted tonight by midnight

Lines - Lines should be submitted by Tomorrow midnight

Games will start Thursday

All of this could be interrupted by the server move, but we shall see.

Howe Conference
Group A - Oilers, Jackets, Avalanche, Sharks
Group B - Kings, Predators, Blues, Jets
Group C - Flames, Canucks, Wings, Ducks
Group D - Wild, Coyotes, Stars Hawks

Gretzky Conference
Group A - Canadians, Canes, Rangers, Thrash
Group B - Panthers, Sabres, Flyers, Isles
Group C - Leafs, Bruins, Lightning, Nords
Group D - Pens, Capitals, Devils, Sens

The top 2 teams from each group will move on to the next sudden death round of 16.

From there, the top team in each conference will play each other. It will be 1 vs 4, 2 vs 3, 1 vs 2 and 3 vs 4.

The winners from each conference will then a sudden death semi-final.

Final will be a best of 5 series.

The winner will receive the much coveted "Cup la Fromage". There will be no prize money as some teams are away and it is not fair to award cap space when not everyone is here to properly manage their lines.

Question
Last year I notice half the league was gone after the 1st two games, pretty much before it started and before any lineup changes. Is there any way to keep the non-tourney teams playing fun games as things round out. It could be too much trouble, I don't know, but if it's not then the extra couple games could be some good insight for new Gm's getting a good run of games to get used to how the game works
