He became the first Twin since 1987 to hit 30 HRs in a season. Its great to see a Canadian kid doing so well and will probably get a couple of MVP votes.

Great to see, after his injury plagued season last year, man the Twins sure know how to draft and develop, I'm pulling for them to get the wildcard if Toronto doesn't get ridiculously hot.

The Twins would be a scary team for anyone to face in the first round as long as Liriano is healthy. Santana, Liriano, and Radke are a solid top 3.

Didn't Morneau have a really slow start to the season too? If I'm not mistaken it wasn't until he woke up that the Twins started to take off. I'm hoping they can edge out the Red and White Sox for the Wild card. If you didn't put a fork in the Jays last week you're eating a burnt meal cause they were finished off on that road trip. The Jays will do well to hold onto a .500 record.

Morneau Bay Bedard Francis are all having very very good years.

Adam Loewen has also done reasonably well for a guy drafted into the league as recently as he was too. Definitely some good Baseball players coming from BC these days.
