Default Hockey Training Regiments?

Does anybody know the kind of training regiments / workouts that NHL athletes do to keep in shape during the off season?

What do they do in the weight room during the season, if anything?

I'm trying to come up with something similar to help me along in my training. I've heard that polymetrics and stability exercises are key, but beyond that I don't know much...

Anybody who can come up with a good, detailed training scheme would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I recall somebody on here posting an interesting article that detailed Jarome Iginla's workout routine a couple years ago. I recently tried to find it myself but didn't have any luck.
It focused on interval training and the excercises his trainer had him doing were pretty intense - all designed to enable him to go all-out for 30-60 second shifts with short rests in between.

I believe the article was from Sports Illustrated last summer.
