Default Memory Card Question

Figured out how to format.

But still had a question. Should I use FAT or FAT32 when the card will be used in a MP3 player?

FAT32

This allows for much better space utilization.

FAT32 has been around since the days of windows 95 I believe, however it was not supported in windows NT 4.0. XP can use FAT32 or the newer NTFS.
