I once had a Japanese girlfriend and she told me that you most certainly can buy soiled panties out of vending machines. Her explanation was that Japanese teenage girls like to buy pretty much everything they see, and if Mommy and Daddy aren't willing to or can't pony up anymore, they can make a few extra bucks by shilling their skivvies. I'm a little sketchy on the logistics of how the soiled garments end up in the machine, but that was what she told me.

And no, she did not sell her ginch.

They do have some strange habits. I was also told that it's perfectly normal to read amazingly filthy comic books right out in the open like it's an Archie comic. Sort of like reading Hustler on the C-Train.
