I noticed this on the front page:

Most users ever online was 650, 03-09-2006 at 01:52 PM

What was the big news that day that had so many of us here?

We played Dallas that night.

Must have had lots of Stars trolls or something.

Seriously, that was Trade Deadline Day.

I remember trying to get on from school.... everytime I refresh.. Server is busy... server is busy...

Yes... Trade Deadline day, seeing Darryl Sutter Deal away Jason Weimer for a 4th rounder and getting Jamie Lundmark (who MAY be a steal) for a 4th rounder as well...
