What?
There is nothing on the video that shows anything questionable. If anything, this audio helps remind us of the horrible events of 911. After all, it's almost the 5th year aniversary of the attacks.

This is the off topic forum. It is fine here. If it bothers you, you don't need to participate in the thread.

If you don't want to watch it then don't. I don't see why anyone would want to watch this but if they do, it's their choice.

I am currently planning to go to NYC for the 9/11 anniversary. I can't believe it's been five years.
Edit- That clip is more than chilling. It's downright scary.

The one that always gives me chills are the photos that were taken by one of the people escaping the building. As he was running down the fire escape, he took pictures of firefighters running up the stairs trying to save people. Minutes after he escaped, the tower collapsed, so none of those guys made it out alive.

I was at ground zero yesterday, and I found it very tough to be there. The memories and emotions of that day came flooding back really strong when I saw that place. It forces you to recount that day and the ones following Sept 11.
While New York is an amazing city with so much to do, seeing the WTC site was the thing I was most glad i did.

It is disturbing stuff, and it kinda brings the point home- these people did their daily routine, and didn't come home. Why? I am saddened at the losses on that day. For no reason. Hopefully no more large attacks like that occur. I mean anywhere. Killing innocent people isn't right no matter what.

I'm mostly disturbed by the fact Eric Bauman finds this to be entertaining. Or if you read the Ebaums world forum, that posters there think this guy is whining.
****, I hate ebaums world. To top it off they probably stole this from the archives without permission.

My first reaction was why was he spending his last few minutes on Earth yelling at a 911 operator instead of saying goodbye to his family. Then I realized that it was easy for me to say that knowing exactly what had happened. I also realized that he was trying to do what he could to get back to his family.
Quite the recording, but in a way it's good to be able to put a personal face and voice into what happened. 3000 people died- that is something that is hard to fully comprehend. And sometimes that 3000 just becomes a number. Hearing one man's final words, that put it into perspective.
