online rent listings
well seeing as how i'm now priced out of actually buying a place in this city i'm looking to find a decent spot to rent (i'm asking the impossible, i know). i'm in a tiny ass basement suite right now and i just need a place with a bit more room and a few more amenities (like a DISHWASHER, god how i've missed having that). so what are some good online listings i can browse through? i've checked through homerent.ca and homebase.ca, just wondering if there are other sites out there that may have listings those may not
pretty stupid though that qualifying for a $140,000 mortage is still not good enough to even get a condo. i really hope this "bubble" bursts like i keep hearing about, though i've got a feeling the Alberta economy puts us in a different position than other places
