Calgary Vipers being televised

thats right! The Vipers game is being televised this coming wednesday when they are in Winnipeg.

Game time is 6:00pm and it is on Channel 10. For those of you who havent been to a game yet this year,this is your chance to see them on tv and maybe that will help you guys go to games Did they show any Cannons games on tv when they were here back in the day? I dont remember seeing any on tv..

The Goldeyes games have always been televised. Used to be on CKND before they became Global, and Global decided that local content was for wimps.

It wouldn't suprise me that the Goldeyes worked something out with Shaw Winnipeg, and Shaw Calgary decided to pick it up as well.

CFCN did some Cannon games. They would do them on the odd Sunday afternoon now and again.

Yeah, the Goldeyes have like 40-50 games on Shaw Winnipeg including some on the road.

What a great game that was. Game was tied 3-3 going into the last inning...Nelson Castro came up to plate for the Vipers with Shorsher on first. Fastball came down the plate and Castro just cranked it for a 2 run home run to give the Vipers the win. Did anyone watch this game? good game to watch on tv.
