Anybody here ever failed a final exam? I think I may have got the worst exam schedule in the world, and am going to fail one just because of lack of study time. I'm just throwing in the towel for it I suppose.

4 Tests in 3 days, I had one today at noon, one tomorrow at noon, tomorrow at 7pm, and one on friday at 8am. Thats 4 tests in less than 48 hours, and 3 of them in less than 24hrs.... Plus I have a test next thursday as well.

How is everybody else doing...?

I have failed many finals before. Midterms as well. You get used to it after a while lol. My thid year was the worst one. I was way over my head that year. Things are going well for me this year though. 4 A's!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fortunately, I have never ever had 2 exams on the same day. The worst I have ever had was a 7:00pm exam, and then one at 8:00am the next day.

I am having such a hard time studying right now. I only have 3 exams left in my life, and my motivation level is next to zero. Playoffs are just around the corner, and its getting nice outside so I want to go out and do stuff.

School sucks.

I graduate this year, so this is my last time going through the exam season, though usually exam season is a break for me. I am in the journalism program so most of the work and stress comes during the year, as opposed to exam time. But this final semester, I have three exams, one I wrote yesterday. I have two next Thursday, one right after the other. I could care less about either of them though. I just want to graduate and then hit a bar to celebrate!

I have 5 in 5 days. I already wrote the one I chose not to study for. So it can only get better/worse.

I believe there are policies which allow you to delay exams if three happen to fall within 24 hours of each other...

I'm almost sure of it.

Mine are nicely clustered together: Tomorrow at noon, Friday at noon, next Tuesday at noon and next Wednesday at 3:30.

hhehehe, I finished on Monday...FOREVER!!!!

But yes, with such a hectic exam schedule you can get one defered, just so you know. I'd go do that.
But I'm with TOTF, I've failed many a final...it made me get the HELL out of Engineering.

I went into my biochem final worth 65% with an 86% on my midterm. I came out having answered about 2 of 40 questions that I kinda knew were correct. The entire class felt that way. The prof later posted on the website an apology that he had to make the final so hard and that he was only preparing us for future courses at U of T, and school policy required that class averages always fall in the C range. The announced average on the final was 27%.

School sucks. I can't stop thinking about our first playoff game. It's warm out and I just wanna go ride and play sports. It is ****ing me off. The worst thing is that I have to access blackboard for all my course material. When I wait for it to load up, I always log onto calpuck or another sports site and get sidetracked. Over and over. It's a vicious cycle. It seems weird to say this, but if there was anytime of year that I wished I wasn't a hockey fan, it would be right now. Arggh.

Got one on fri, one on mon, one on tues.

Had my first one today, with 3 more left. This semester's final exam schedule looks very nice for me although I have two on the same day next week.
Best schedule in about 3 years, but I'm still not motivated to study...

It also isn't the best idea to "study" while sitting in front of a computer. Pretty much all day (and last week) I have been studying...and yet haven't accomplished much. First exam is tomorrow, 4 following. Oh well, I've made it through before, I'll do it again.

Last semester I had 4 exams in 3 days. I had two on the Monday, and two on the Wednesday. It sucked and I did really well on the first 3, but there just wasn't enough time to do well on the last one... I also had a paper due for my 5th class the final day of classes, and since U of C gives you no time between the last day of classes and finals (in the fall semester anyways) I just didn't have enough time..... I even pulled all nighters... This semester I had a final on the last day, and I have 4 more in the first 4 days of exams. I wish I didn't have 2 jobs to go with my 5 classes so I could have gotten ahead before exam week, but oh well.. Last one tomorrow!!!

You have to have 3 within the same day. Like 3 on a Tuesday.. At least thats what I was told. Last year I had 2 exams on a Monday and 1 on a Tuesday and couldn't get any deferred. Looking at my post above and this one I swear the University hates me and screws me over on exam schedules..

I had THREE today. Had Business Econ at 9, then Law at 12, then another Law one at 2! It was nuts! By the third exam I was just like **** I don't care anymore. I guess I shouldn't have left it to the end to cram but seriously who doesn't do that?

I only have 1 left on Monday and then I am taking 2 spring classes in May-June and then I graduate!

I'm right at the tail-end of my exams right now. I had a 3 exam in 27 hour stretch last week. That was brutal.

Now I've got one in 12 hours and am currently taking a break from my last minute cramming.... good times.

Luckily the hockey gods were nice enough to start the playoffs the day of my last final. Friday shall be lovely...

That said... back to cramming. Good times...

I think exams are the sole reason I've been on CP so much p*ssing everyone off lately.

I have two papers due tomorrow (well, I guess it's today now), then 2 exams on Friday. I don't envy some of you, that's for sure!

I hear your pain, everyone. I just finished a paper that was due last week. Now I'm off to bed to get up early enough that I can study for my exam at noon. Thankfully my next exam isn't until next Wednesday.

It's gonna be hard to study over the weekend.

I failed my 1st 2 years - then made Dean's Honours list the next.

My worst exam schedule was 5 examps in the last 5 days of examp period, including 2 on the final day (Apr.30). I had graduating friends who were finishing their exams before I wrote my first. That sucked.

For a couple years after graduating it still felt strange around early Dec and April. I guess I was conditioned to exams.

A few years ago when I was in university I had 4 in 2 days once. I always preferred them like that so that I could get them over with and get on with my life. I would always just concentrate more on the ones I had a lower mark in.
