The bidding war hits the Rental Market now.
From my friend. Why did i sell my rental house in December?? DOH!!
John just popped in my office and said that he posted on the Sun and posted
a sign on his property
(tiny Martindale bungalow, no garage), and he got 34 phone calls the first
day, and 40-50 the next.
He was initially asking for $1100 for upstairs and $700 downstairs, and
many people were bidding
it up, asking to add $100 to the highest rent when he showed the property
yesterday. There was
even 1 company which asked to place its employee housing.
