I want one bigtime, I tried the damn Pepsi promotion like a million times and came up blank... But this deal is now available for Canadians, it was exclusively in the U.S. only up until now.

Just a heads up, You need to do two things 1) Sign up for one of their offers (I did the Columbia House offer because you don't need to pay a cent, they'll send you DVD's but you can send them back to Columbia house and still have the offer completed as far as freeipods.com goes, which is all that counts. and 2) Refer 5 people.

This sounds like a scam, and I thought it was when it first came out until I saw on Tech TV that it's a legit deal.

Check out this site if you want an iPod but can't afford one.

http://www.freeiPods.com/?r=18754084

p.s. Mods feel free to delete if you must, but it really is a harmless deal.

It IS a scam, just because they paid TechTV to give them credibility doesn't change the fact that it IS a scam. Haven't you learned anything about the trustworthiness of media all your life? :P

Nah you'd have to pay me to use a Mac product, I'm a certified Mac hater I'd much rather spend $200 for a Dell DJ if I wanted a big MP3 player, right now I have a flash-based 512MB one that works great

Besides I wouldn't want to end up on some gazillion mailing list for Columbia House or something :P

I used to but I never use it so I don't have one at my new place now. I usually just stuff all the flyers I get into those prepaid postage envelopes for credit card companies and mail it back to them

Yeah but, iPods are great. they're small and they hold more than your pitiful little 512 flash mp3 player! I hate Mac's but Apple did well on the iPod.

btw, thank you for signing up for those that did, you know who you are. Just need a few more peeps to sign up

I've got about 10 people joined. But only 2 completed offerers... Do the columbia house one! you don't have to pay a cent unless you keep the movies they send you... and even that's iffy. I did it just to get credit for a completed offer and just returned the dvd's back to sender so Columbia House wouldn't be on my ass.

How much does an ipod cost? It must be quite a bit if you can afford to go to Oahu, but not an ipod...

First off, it's none of your business what I can and cannot afford... secondly my trip to Oahu was worth more in personal worth than a piece of music playing hardware and was totally worth every single cent.

I want an iPod, this deal is legit so why not try and take advantage of it?? I swear to christ this site is something else...
