Haven't had to move in a long while but the time has come again. I hate dealing with property managers, I hate getting newsprint all over my fingers and I hate vague classified ads.
I'm looking for a 2 (possibly 3) bedroom place somewhere in or around downtown, I don't want to go over $800/month (for 2bdr) and would probably prefer less. An apartment or house would be nice, I'm not really into the basement suite/duplex thing
Beltline, City Centre, Bankview, Kensington, Sunnyside these are all areas that I'd consider. So if you guys know anyone that's renting or have had a good experience with a certain property manager, certain building whatever..I'm open to all suggestions.
