Queen Latifah!? WTF?

The British tabloid rag (and one of the most professional journalistic bodies on the face of the planet IMO) The Sun has reported on a poll performed by gay magazine Diva asking it's sapphic readers which celebrity they would most like to sleep with.

The top 10 break down like this:

1. Angelina Jolie
2. Portia De Rossi
3. Gina Gershon
4. Sharon Stone
5. Jodie Foster
6. Queen Latifah
7. Halle Berry
8. Charlize Theron
9. Salma Hayek
10. Drew Barrymore

The whole list looks like pretty standard 'inspiration' for most guys (I'd imagine), but Queen Latifah is right in there at a respectable 6th place. What the hell?

Jodie Foster kinda threw me for a loop too, but I've had a crush on her ever since Nell so I can relate. And I think I was like 5 when that movie came out so I have no idea what it is about, so that counts for something. Oh, and I liked her in Little Man Tate, too.

My question is this though... if so many lesbos out there want to hook up with hotties like the ones listed above... why do you see so many gay female couples that look, act, dress, smell, eat, sound and walk like Lumberjacks from Northern Quebec? They are women that like women who look like men. Why not just date a man and ask for more oral? I don't get it.

Same with gay men who are overtly feminine. If you are gay and date a guy who is more or less a woman with a wang, why bother? Why not just date a chick?

Some people like bigger women. It's not just what's on the outside, I imagine she'd be a tonne of fun, too. Perhaps take your blinders off and see what real beauty is for once. You know, during the Renaissance, she would have been considered extraordinarily beautiful. I think they had it right back then.

Firefly, it's not because she is big. I'd agree with you that Queen Latifah is attractive - huge guns, Very pretty face, great sense of humour, smart as hell and RICH! Why not?

You have a good point, but this isn't the "Celeb you'd like to spend the rest of your life with", it is which Celeb would you like to get shallow physical gratifaction with. You may well be right on all counts, but I don't think the question was really directed in that manner.

I mean Jolie tops the list, and she is a pretty big whackjob.
