Wow, just wow. This must be the reason that some insurance companies have become evil having to deal with people like this.

All I can say is wow. I'm astonished how people will sue for everthing to try and make a quick buck. I think the city should sue them for wasting their time. It's lawsuits like this that make me laugh,

Why isn't the city's insurance paying the damages? If he damaged his car while driving a dump truck as part of his job, his employers insurance should pay for the damages. Why not? I'm not sure this falls into frivolous lawsuit category.
