PC/Mac Musicians...
Anyone out there into music production/engineering on their computers?
I am looking to invest in some new software and hardware. Probably some type of midi keyboard with a decent software package, something with a solid sound library. I have limited experience with Cubase as a recording package, but want to get more into producing some electronic type music. I don't really want to break the bank either. Already have a decent PC with a 24/96 sound card. Any suggestions? I should say, I am pretty novice when it comes to this stuff, so if you guys know of any good starter packages, that would be awesome.
