Default Rotoworld And Sim Gods Conspire!

Jaromir Jagr is the latest goat in the conspiracy the Sim Gods have had going against the Chicago Blackhawks this season.

Latest News

Feb. 20, 2006 - 7:41 am et

Jaromir Jagr only played two periods yesterday against the Italian team.
Since the Czech team held a commanding lead, it was decided to give the superstar a rest in the third period. He is still a bit sore and uncomfortable with his head injury. Doctors did say that he suffered only lacerations, and not a concussion. He will play in Tuesday's game against the Canadian team.

Rotoworld even admitts Jagr played, but they still feel the need to leave him on IR. Just in case I suppose

Kev Kev Kev, what would that do to the conspiracy theory then?

Even if I sent them a box of homemade chocolate chip cookies, I think the Hockey Gods directives take precedence.

Noob, please don't give her anymore ideas...let her stick with this theory she has come up with. The Jets don't need the Hawks to suddenly get hot!

in a similar, yet far less important,screwup...

Karel Pilar is playing again in the Czech league.
The 28-year-old defenceman, who has been plagued by a condition known as viral myopathy (a heart virus), has joined Sparta Praha of the Czech Elite League. He is unable to rejoin the Maple Leafs this season as he did not sign a contract before December 1, according to the new Collective Bargaining Agreement. The Leafs will attempt to sign him for next season but he will not play this year in the NHL.
Source: Toronto Sun

On the injury list it says:

Karel PilarDI.L. Oct 21herniated discOut for Season

So...lets see...date of last update- wrong, injury type- wrong, expected return- wrong (okay to the NHL-right, but he is playing somewhere!)

Wow...at least they got his name right! And it has been like this over a week!

Well I don't see Owen Nolans name anywhere on Rotoworld.....Does he really have to be on the CPHL injury list?

You're right...he's not even playing hockey! He should be taken out of the league altogether.
