I'm 3 hours ahead of you, so I've seen it all the way through.

I thought it was a solid series premier. Most shows have really bad first seasons just due to the fact that the characters aren't all hashed out and all that.

I think this show can be pretty good (I can see many good moments coming from 20-year old kid and Joey interactions), and I think it could also go down the sewer real quick. It's too early to tell how the whole thing is going to shake out, but it's definitely showing positive signs.

Overall I thought it was good enough to watch again next week. It will have to be better long-term for me to continue to watch it but I'll give it another go next week. It had a couple good laughs. As long as they don't give Joey's sister too much air time it could be a good show.

The scenes where Joey was auditioning for the Entertainment show were vintage Joey!! Great stuff!!

The rest of it was ok at best.

I didn't watch Joey, nor did I watch Friends, but if that was in fact "Stifler's mom" then atleast Joey has something going for it. Anyone who has seen A Mighty Wind or Best in Show knows what I am talking about. That gal is hilarious.

Wasn't a bad show, better than I can remember Friends being.

Wasn't as bad as I'd thought and it can only get better... first shows are always pretty bad.

I'll watch the next one.

Well Joey was funny. it was the first show, so I can't be too hard on it. The supporting cast is weak. No characters really stand out and I can't see with the current line this show making it. I'm sure they will be tweaking it adding new characters as the season progresses. The Joey and sister thing will get old fast though. I hope a new neighbour enters the storyline. I hope it's an established well known actor like the guy who played Kramer or actor Kelsey Grammar.

The sister has a nice set.

There was some vintage Joey in there. the audition with the multiple camera's was well done, The whole romeo thing was pretty good. But other then that it was average.

If the show starts to struggle look for 8 million guest spots by his former friends

But

The sister has a nice set.

Too many tattoo's tho

I saw the end, but I'm a little confused... is that woman (Christopher Maltisanti's girlfriend) supposed to be that 25 year old kid's mom?

And wasn't that kid the smart guy in "Road Trip"?

I just looked at imdb.com...

In reality, the mom (Joey's sister) is 5 years older than her son. She was born in 1973, her "son" was born in 1978.

I haven't been this disappointed since I heard Bryan Adams singing about band he started in the summer of '69, when he was 7, and his friend got married.

Yes. He's Paulo Constanzo. [Born September 21, 1978 in Brampton, Ontario]
He's been in Road Trip, 40 Days and 40 Nights and the latest Gary Burns film A Problem With Fear.

I will give it another shot like everyone else. I would say about 6/10. Not bad but nothing special. Seems like it might be predictable, I will go on record as saying, Joey's nextdoor neighbour gets a divorce before the end of season 1 (or at least sometime), and ends up with joey.

Not too bad... not a great show either

They changed the actress that was playing Joey's neighbour (from the original NBC pilot)... the other one was way hotter

or her husband is going to be a really funny strong character in the storyline.

I think the girl that you're reffering to as stifler's mom is a character on the sopranos, but I'm not 100% sure.

Yup. She plays Adriana on The Sopranos. She's Christopher's fiance.
