Say what you will about corruption in Canadian politics but Italy has the most corrupt politics in all of Western Europe and more.

That guy kinda reminds me of what the Old Man in Catch 22 was saying. It doesn't matter who the world power is, because Italy is the best failure! Mongolia crumbled, France crumbled, Germany crumbled, America will crumble at some point, but Italy won't crumble since there's nothing to crumble into!
