I agree. Its early. You won't be able to make a full judgement of scapegoating for about a year.

No matter what happens I'm willing to bet that in the end nobody will be happy with what comes out of this.
The thing about Military Justice is even a short sentence is harder to complete than a long sentence.
Chances are in a Military prison of strict regime your not going to get shived over a package of smokes. But the day to day labour and work is pretty brutal.
I'm willing to bet that we see one or two senior officers from those prisons going to Leveansworth (sp?) for 10 years.
Careers are also going to end as well
