I need some help!

I am in a French course that is way above my comprehension level. I want to transfer into a lower French course or drop French entirely and take Spanish. I have sent an email to the course coordinator for a meeting, but I could use some help on what my options are.

How do I change and how long does it take? Are their penalties?

Change - go on the Infonet and change to the course you want - you have up until the 21st to do so.

No penalties other than being 1 day behind, but that's really no biggie. Try to find the course you want early.

So even though I want to drop French and take Spanish I can do it all online?

Sure, I mean if you have all the pre-req's etc. Just Add/Drop a course, its pretty easy to do.

yup, just login to infonet, it's a breeze on that thing to switch classes.

Doesn't UC101 cover all this? A way back when I used to be involved with that program and I'm pretty sure we hit the Registrar's office on our tours.

Ah the good ole infonet... me and that system were very close at the start of every semester... add drop add drop add drop add drop add. Never had an issue other than finding classes with room in it after the first couple of days.
