I'm going to wait a while before posting. My strategy last year was to wait until everyone else posted their picks, and then take the most common predictions and reverse the top two. Worked like a charm.

I agree, lets' start the pool after episode one so we can get some info on these people.

BTW I like the change to tribal council. Minor rule change that could have a large impact on how the game is played.
