I feel like I should have a piece of cake or something.

Now bring back Gridin.

There’s still a few others that could go this way. Sharangovich for one. Bean. Others still.

Is Pospisil ready to return or could Gridin be coming back?

Pospisil hasn't started skating yet, and Gridin has been great in a small AHL sample size but honestly I don't expect a corresponding move.

Edit - Just read a tweet from Pat, Pospisil started skating by himself this morning.

proabably want Miro to play in the AHL...and have the flexibility of brining someone up at any time. Both teams are home this week.

Kerins/Bruz/Hunt could all be due for a call-up.

I’d let Gridin continue to work down there. It’s only been two games, let him score a bunch and get the confidence sky high before bringing him up.

EDIT: but yeah maybe Pospisil coming back is enough for now.

As much as I'd like Gridin back Toon I wanna see him develop , gain confidence and do exactly what the Flames want him to do because he's gonna be a great Flame when it does happen permanently.

Look what the time did for Coronato. Matthew worked his ass of for it too and I'm proud of that young man . Can't remember a harder working player in a long time.

I had hopes that he could be a solid bottom pairing guy for us. He had a stretch of good hockey last year. But it looks like that was short lived. Maybe he can revitalize his game and have another run in the NHL. But it's looking less likely.

Just a head scratcher on why they didn’t waive him in pre season

People talk about how great a GM Craig Conroy is and I get it, he's the world's nicest guy and we all love him. My favourite Flame of all time, and for good reason. Just a wonderful person.

He's a terrible GM. Why did we give this bum five million dollars? He's way off the pace. Nobody is going to pick this guy up on waivers with over two million bucks left to go on his deal. Conroy was dealt a bad hand with the contracts he had on the books when he took over, but there's no excuse for this one.

They gave Miro $1.25 a year for two years, what are you on about?
