Wild Sign Veteran Blueliner

The Minnesota Wild have announced that they have come to terms with free agent defenseman Tommy Albelin. As per club policy terms were not released. GM Grant Farhall commented on the signing.

"Tommy gives us a veteran d-man and a bit more depth on our blueline. We heard that he had been working out and inquired if he was interested in coming out of retirement. It took a bit of negotiation but we are pleased he is joining our team."
