not much you can say about this, except that it's a really, really fortunate coincidence that someone happened to pass by.

While this is a terrible incident, to say the least, the baby was not in a dumpster.

Anyone else love (extreme sarcasm implied) how the internet can turn life into a giant game of "telephone?"
