Wrong time of the year for hockey.
I'm off to Okotoks to watch the Dawgs play the Gulls from Sylvan Lake. A few cold ones and a hot dog. Great way to spend a warm summer evening

Yes, it sucks that it carries on well in to June. I'd rather be outside too.

whatever happens, happens.
part of why i hate the organization and their awful fans is also why i have to make peace with the fact theyre going to win. theyre not worth the mental fatigue going through this anymore. the only person suffering through this is/was me. if they win, so what. some canadians will enjoy it. will a bunch of really awful fans get to enjoy it? the same ppl who tossed jerseys and beer on the ice? sure. the same people who made death threats to skinner, a guy from edmonton? yep. but mostly nice people will enjoy it.
it was another beautiful day by the ocean today, and the trees are leafy and green. im not going to let it be spoiled by the oilers winning. im putting down this sack of bricks.
