I guess that shouldn’t be a huge surprise but that team isn’t very good. You wonder how much more rope Francis has.

Was an awful hire at the time and it went as expected. Maybe time to fire Francis too before they hire their 3rd dud coach.

Lasted 1 year. Not sure how Francis is surviving this. A dud draft, and 2 awful coaching hires.
Also wonder what happens with Jessica Campbell.

was actually a pretty decent trader, all in all. The more people they cycle through in Buffalo, the more it seems it's not the GMs themselves.
Got Thompson for O'Reilly when O'Reilly wanted out. Got a 1st for Evander Kane. Traded for Brandon Montour. Traded for Skinner without giving up anything of large value.

Not surprising. He was supposed to be a "defense-first" guy and they were horrible defensively. He's always been such an overrated coach. I don't think he'll get another job.
That franchise seems to be actively regressing after showing some early promise. Fine by me, since they're in the Flames' division, but it is surprising.

Coaching carnage. Lindy Ruff is safe as can be i would think, but the rest are going to be jumping at anyone that can coach. Ducks looking too.
