The Calgary Flames have two games remaining in their 2024-25 regular season schedule. They are still alive in the Stanley Cup playoff picture, and while improbable, their pathway to the post-season is a lot less fanciful than it seemed a few weeks ago.
As we gird ourselves for a big week to come, let’s dive into the mailbag.
Knights are surely resting guys and playing at 80% for these last games. Locked into their playoff seeding and some guys need to recover from bumps and bruises for the playoffs. They have no reason to show up for this one on the road.
Let's just hope the Flames outcompete them and have enough skill on display to score more goals than they do.

And if you dared enter in to any one of the GTs through that stretch, they have been cesspools of negativity and whining about the Flames' terrible play and terrible efforts. Management is stupid, ownership is satanic, and we have the worst coach in the league. Every. Single. Game.
It is just astounding how entitled some fans are.
