Let the playoffs begin. A Victoria news anchor at CHEK, Stacy Ross, loves to say, "Kiss your loved ones good bye as you enter the playoff bubble. Work and playoffs are the only things that will matter for the next two months."

Make sure that mini fridges are working properly to keep the beer cold, cell phone is charged, and have food/beer delivery services on speed dial.

If anything goes wrong with your hockey pool, team, and/or internet or TV feed, blame the CBC. They screwed up many things for years when they had the contract, might as well make them the perfect scapegoat.
