Crappy way to end that one.

That's a big point to pick up, still. We're gaining. Keep going.

Do we see Parekh make his NHL debut against the Sharks?

#### way to end it....Vegas was really protecting their goalie, Flames had a really hard time getting shots through.

In one way, and one way only, this team reminds me of the '88-89 Flames.

That year, the team had a bad habit of going down 1-0 in the first period and having to dig its way out. I remember Terry Crisp saying he wanted to bribe the timekeeper to number the periods on the scoreboard 2, 3, and 4, so the players would come out thinking the 1st was already over and be ready to play.

Thought the effort was there Vegas is just really good
Eichel is a beast. That’s why size, skill and speed are what you need in a number 1 centre. He’s just a bull

All these weird, ticky, tacky, plays that have gone against us are going to end up being the difference. Also the Blues and their heater at the exact wrong time.

Good effort to overcome the talent deficit most of the night. Win the next one.

I cannot wait until the Flames have 4 legit NHL centres though.

One more point than I thought they would get.

Need to take care of business and get the next 8 points. Most important 4 games of their season.

Crazy how the Blues haven't had an absolute terrible luck bounce like that to lose a game in 12 games now. They are on the receiving end of good luck while the flames are getting s### on by the hockey gods. Even with they they are battling hard and clawing points out of games. What a fun team to watch no matter what happens.

A damn shame the way it ended, but that's still a point in the right direction. Flames are still in striking distance. They played one hell of a game tonight. I am definitely proud of this group.

Will take the point against a good Vegas team. Flames have a favourable remaining schedule including the one game vs Minnesota. It’s possible.

It’s entirely awesome that this game mattered so much when we should have just been playing out the string on April 5th.

This has been such an unexpectedly fun season. For such a low scoring team, the viewabiltiy factor is pretty high.

If that Backlund chance goes in they make playoffs. They still might
