I don't think there's any chance Landeskog comes back this year but we'll see.

Avs are scary good. Nice thing when you lack depth but have superstars, easy to load up.

I don't know...trading the 26 year old with more points for the 33 year old with fewer points and adding a 2nd round picks is a weird move.

Avs have traded Mittelstadt (2x $5.75), 1st, 2nd, 3rd and Ritchie and added 33 year old Coyle (1 year at $5.25M after this) and 33 year old Nelson (UFA)...maybe it pays off this year but that's brutal long term asset management IMO.

Not sure if this is a comment related specifically to Coyle or just general commentary on the market, but Coyle would have higher value on the market than Coleman (I really like Coleman), based on Coyle being a center and producing better than Coleman.

Zellers low price is the law.

It's a Zellers market.

Love this trade for Colorado. Middlestadt hasn't worked out for them, and has always been the odd man out of their top six. Coyle provides them a great two-way threat and can play in any situation. To me they become the team to beat in the conference, but they still have to get through the tougher division.
