It is admirable, of course. Carter was one of the last of the good ones. Ugh...like I said, I really had thought he'd already passed...I kind of hoped he had...I think seeing Trump in office, which obviously he already has once, would make him sick.
Seeing the state of his country.
Its like modern Presidents have a competition to try and leave the Country as bad as possible for incoming Presidents. That would just kill Carter.
Just look at how much war, debt and strife that Obama inherited and Biden inherited...
Anyways, not the point. Carter was one of the last of the Good Ones. A generation of Politicians that actually cared about their people and their Country.
