LF: Car for Under $15000

As the title states, I’m looking for a car for my son for less than $15000. We’ve been looking at 2015-2020 Hyundai Elantra and similar models with under 120000 kms. They keep disappearing before we can get there. Thought it might be worth asking on here.
Any help out there?

A buddy got his daughter a loaded 2017 nissan rogue awd with 110km last year for a little over 14k, he did have to go 3 weeks until it fell in his lap though, I'm not exactly sure how it works but apparently the bank who owned it turned down an offer for more a week earlier and ran it thru again.
