Thatcher Demko will be back on the Canucks bench tonight. Expectation is he will likely start either Sunday or Tuesday.

The crowd outside Vancouver's two main sport venues this evening will be congested and diverse with Taylor Swift concert attendees and Canucks fans.

The Canucks skate logo is up there with the best logo in sports.
Too bad the team didn't show up for the first period.

This thing?

Its a slight notch above the flying V thing they had....which IMO was maybe the worst ever along with Capt. Highlander Isles fame in NHL history.

I think it's an example of something being so damn quirky, weird and retro all rolled up in to one that people like it. Sort of like Brass Bonanza.

			The jerseys are nice.
The Canucks on home ice are not nice. They're actually the worst team in the NHL on home ice. Like actually.

I actually really like Elvis Merzlikens, but he needs to make a save. Even if the Canucks are getting decent chances on the few shots they take, they look like like absolute cheeks. One or two saves and the Jackets are running away with this one.

5 unanswered (including empty net) after being down 2_0 for the Canucks. Not a great game for them, but they had some good in the net response.
Stabilized their standing in the western conference.
 Hope the Flames do also.

Takes about 5 seconds on google to find a plethora of ugly Canuck logos. That one was literally the first one that came up.

Finding a decent one? Now, that takes a while.

Each to their own of course, particularly when it comes to sporting jerseys/logos and such, but that skate logo was and has been universally panned since it debuted in the 70's.

It was an improvement on that flying V thing mind you.

I was never a fan of the skate logo, or the switch to black, yellow and red.
I always liked the blue-green, and the original, hockey stick logo

(I know I am in a minority there)

I found the same image after I posted that.It looks vastly different on the black jersey.

I've always been drawn to the trans that work the team name or the city into the logo. Like Hartford and Philly.
