Loving how the top 3 lines are all a threat to score. This whole forward core has been so fun to watch this year. I made it to the home opener and Klapka especially was noticeable, wasn't totally sure why he came out but it definitely worked with Scoronato doing his thing. Can't even pick which players I'm most excited to watch right now because every line has something exciting going on. Somehow even feels like Huberdeau is a brand new player this year and everything he's been doing has been magic.
Would certainly like to see Coronato and Pospisil mixed in on the PP. Not really sure that Backlund and Coleman provide much of value with the extra space.

Interesting to see Barrie moved into Miromanov's spot given the discussion of that Weegar pairing in the four games.
Yeah, I wondered about this. Miromanov has looked quiet to me, but does that match with the numbers? I haven't been impressed much by Barrie so far—certainly no moreso than Miromanov, and I don't think he provides anything better than what Andersson and Weegar do on the powerplay.

Coleman has certainly never been a powerplay scorer in his career. Backlund has produced nominally well through most of his career, though he certainly fell off quite a bit last season. At this point, though, I wouldn't be surprised if he maintained his spot on the second unit purely for his faceoff ability.

Get rid of Andersson on the 2nd unit and put in Pospisil to stand in front of the net.

It would seem an obvious choice to put Coronato on the PP instead of Coleman so I find that curious. My memory may be faulty but I seem to recall the Flames struggled breaking out of their own zone on the PP when Backlund and Coleman were on the PP.
