We’ll see how this goes lol, I won’t be surprised to see a lock in short order. Anyways with all the kerfuffle around one certain poster (who can’t be named to try and maintain the validity of this poll) it got me wondering who is the most annoying around here?

Once we have a list of say 16 or 32 volunteers I will be making a regular bracket poll.

Now this presents a few issues, because this thread will be locked down real quick if it devolves into straight name calling. Be civil but be harsh.

Rules:

-Only those who volunteer to be included in the poll will be part of it. Banned for life posters are fair game too as it is against site rules to evade a ban.

-Discussion around the posters who volunteer is fine, even ribbing / teasing. Anyone who did not volunteer is off limits. Use your judgement here.

-If you volunteer, you expressly agree to present yourself to be roasted by other posters. Make sure you have some thicker skin if you wish to be part of the poll.

-The idea is for ribbing and teasing to be ok, personal attacks (sexism, racism etc) that go over the moderated line are NOT ok in this thread or quite frankly anywhere.

-Try and use facts / old posts for discussion, the emotional element will always play into the decision making but let’s try and keep it reasonable.


I’d like to make a go of this but I can also understand if this gets locked immediately. It would be pretty hypocritical of me to make the poll and not volunteer myself so have at it people.

I feel like there HAS to be some nomination element, as we’re not going to get the least self-aware ones or the legends who have been shown the door.

I mean obviously I volunteer, but I’m just saying, I think there’s maybe a short list of us who don’t take ourselves seriously enough to actually volunteer.

While I totally agree with you, I don’t think it’s fundamentally fair to put someone’s name in who may or may not be aware they are being discussed. Some people would be real upset to get railroaded like that and rightfully so.

If anyone has a fair way of solving this I’m all ears.

Edit: I guess it would be fair game to re hash old posters who have been banned as it’s against site rules to make an account to evade a ban. #### it, old banned posters are acceptable for the poll.

Ok I’m gonna reiterate this and I can’t emphasize this enough, only discuss posters who volunteered, seriously it’s one of the few simple rules or this will be locked.
