He was named an assistant coach of the Wranglers immediately upon announcing his retirement as a player....so pretty good.

Oh geez, I guess I could have opened the link.
I mean, 17 years of pro-hockey experience probably qualifies you. I wouldn't be surprised if he becomes a great coach. Take the good parts from Darryl, but apply more modern techniques and sensibilities.

Ron's son, Riley is in the Capitals organization. Next season will be his 6th pro season, all with the Hershey Bears (who just won their second straight Calder Cup).
