Greer one guy who GAF on this team, played honest and hard every night with his 4th line minutes and earned his spot for next year, hopefully here.
6 goals this year is 1 less than Gaudreau currently.

That sucks. He was about the only bright spot of that 4th line. Do flames have a prospect like him on the farm? Maybe duehr can get bak his game from last year with the opportunity.

We've essentially lost our entire 4th line from as recently as the Leafs game, 9 days ago.
I hope he heals up soon, and that the Flames manage to keep him for next year. Pettersen/Pelletier come on up.

I mean...he was a perfect 4th liner. Engine, effort, heart and frankly chipped in more than you'd expect. Whats to complain about?
So this is a raw deal for him.

And just like that, all 4 players who made up rhe 4th line most of the year are all out - Greer, Dube, Ruzicka and Duehr who is at least still available to be called up but probably won't be.

The Flames curse is relentless...
The day after losing Ruzicka to waivers (which was perfectly fine), and we lose a guy for essentially the rest of the season.
Might have seen an attractive offer for him at the deadline, too (even though I would prefer to re-sign him)

Hunt is still injured(week-to-week LBI). He hasn't played any games in January.
That said, it would be a decent line. I don't mind Klapka and Schwindt right now either.
