Don't rush him back for tomorrow. I'd give it to one of the other two then make sure Marky is 100% for the BOA.

Ugh no!! He was already imploding against the Oilers before the playoff series. Start Vlader. He plays a lot better against them.

Ya no, you gotta start you best goalie and Markstrom is miles better than Vladar. He has played Oilers 3 times already since the playoffs and he has been fine/good in all of them

It would be nice if the Flames opened up the Dome to general public for practices again. I understand it was shut down by Sutter as a distraction but it was a really nice thing for fans or for kids to get a closer look at their favorite players when they weren't able to afford good seats as prices are insane for bringing a family these days.

Probably worried about other team’s scouts getting a read on set plays, power play stuff ect

Honestly I wouldn't rush Markstrom back...it's likely a muscle injury if it's just day to day and no need to aggravate something and have a full on pull or tear.

I don't that it has been helping the PP very much this season.

If that's the reason, then I don't mind the tactic for the playoffs, but not for the regular season. I think that you just have to have more staff at the dome on hand for open practices, I don't think it would be a problem in WinSport.

There is no need to rush Markstrom back, always need to look at the big picture.

Doesn't change that these are two big games coming up, especially for fans.

I suspect Markstom wasn't really injured...more load management

They are in Calgary as are the Wranglers, no need for him to sit on the bench when Wolf is in town

Important two games here for the logo on the jersey, maybe even more than the PO race.

They need to hush the scores of leafs and oilers fans that will be in the stands.

Need to adjust the narrative forming that the Flames are irrelevant north of the border and will be pushovers/automatic points on the schedule for the media favorites.

Nice to know that Dube did something this season.

Sorry for being negative, he just really disappointed me this season.

Markstrom is out with the goalie coach, not in full practice. That doesnt sound like he is ready to go.

I think it’s probably more financial than anything. You wouldn’t need to fill in parking shifts/security & ushers for a practice.
