Default January 17, just two games.

The Wednesday Night Hockey OOT has one less games than scheduled due to a postponement.
There are only eastern teams playing so the OOT will end early.

The Blackhawks-Sabres game was supposed to be on TNT, but, the game has been postponed until tomorrow due to a heavy snowfall in Buffalo.

The Red Wings-Panthers game will be on TNT and the announcers will be Henrik Lundqvist, Paul Bissonnette, Anson Carter, and Liam McHugh.
They will call the game from the Atlanta studio.

Slafkovsky has scored for the Habs, 1-0 Montreal after twenty minutes.

Scoreless in Florida.

Yikes, New Jersey needs a goalie (markstrom) fast or they’re gonna fall well behind the wildcard teams

The Panthers are up 2-1 after forty minutes. Reinhart opened the scoring with a shorthanded goal!

They do need a goalie but before tonight their pt% would have them in 1st WC spot.

Just needed to say that Alex Lyon, the guy that single-handedly got the Panthers into the playoffs down the stretch when Bob was hurt/not playing well, has found a nice home in Detroit. Up to last year, he was a career AHLer, but found some life in the NHL when given a chance.

Now it seems as though he's slowly taking over the net in Detroit. He has 14 games started, which is about as many as Husso and Reimer, but his numbers are great. 2.58 GAA and a .922 Sv%. That's compared to GAAs of 3.5 for the other guys with .893 Sv% each.

Just nice to see since he wasn't re-signed in Florida. Just shows that last year wasn't a fluke.

Jesus christ.

Evan Rodrigues is clearly hooked as he cuts to take the puck up ice, yet the refs call him for embellishment along with the initial call. Replay is obvious, it's a brutal call against him.

Caufield scores late to give the Habs a 3-2 win.

Montambealt stole one.
