Honestly they should be fine with Vladar/Wolf. The only reason Wolf is still in the AHL is the Flames have too many goalies. Although it does pay to have a spare because something like this seems to happen every year.

Some talking heads were asking if we will soon see teams carrying 3 goalies on the norm. They were saying that most teams now have 3 competitive goalies (minus Oilers lol).
Not sure I buy into it, seems silly to me (especially with the cap).
