Saddledome Telus Club Question
I'm getting two tickets on Sat against Vancouver. The tickets say they include Telus Club Access.
Does anyone know how it works? It looks like a buffet but the site also says you need to book a reservation but on gamedays its only for members? I checked and there's no availability for Saturday reservations. Do the tickets mean we just have access or because there's no reservations available that we can't get in?

I believe as long as you have tickets you have access; however, you have to make a reservation, and if it is full, you are out of luck.
Last time I went for dinner there it was precovid, so not sure if it changed, however, there is definitely not enough seats/tables in the restaurant for everyone that has tickets in the Telus club area.
Best bet would be to call directly.

Use a Telus phone to call them. Why take chances?

Yes, just means you can access that dinner "if" there was room available.
So unfortunately you cant, but you'll have access to the concessions down there in the club level seats which have minimal lines, you can order food to your seats (though they have that everywhere now I guess) and the bathroom lines are non existent.

Telus club access, is so you can get onto the floor,
You will need to show your ticket to reach the lower tier of the building, between the flames parkade and the ticket office, or through Duttons, or down the stairs from the main concourse.
The Buffet is something you need to reserve a spot for and pay for separately, I'd suggest showing up right at doors, grabbing a table at Duttons, then having one person in your party go in and ask if they have space for walkups, if they don't grab dinner at Duttons.
*Getting a table at the buffet is pretty sweet, because they hold the table for you during intermission, and you can pre-order drinks for the start of intermission and the start of the period, no lining up, no waiting.

Thanks for everyone's help. We didn't end up going to the buffet but it did look look like there were a lot of empty tables. Ordered some nachos from Duttons from the QR code on the tables in the bigger bar/dining area. Combined with the exit from Duttons that was the most pleasant experience at the Dome ever. Do you only get this kind of access if you have expensive seats?
It was nice, kind of cruise ship vibes and away from the insanity of the concrete jungle and chaos above.
The tiny single set of stairs to the club level are a deathtrap through. I don't know how that passes firecode.
