Tkachuk has a goal and an assist in the first period. The Senators lead 2-0.

It is a 1-1 tie in the SJ-NJ game.

The BJs strike back quickly with a pair of goals to tie the game at 2-2. Laine scored one of them.

The BJs continue to control the game and now lead 4-2. Korpisalo is not having succes against his former team. Werenski and Gaudreau each have two assists.

This Voronkov kid for CLS has really good numbers. Kind of came out of nowhere, 4th round pick who played 4 years in the KHL.

Elvis is solid in net for the BJs as the Senators are out shooting Columbus 28-16 after forty minutes.

DJ Smith is the luckiest coach that his GM had to quit. Steve Staios can't really replace him until he finds a GM, so his terrible hockey continues. Sens need a new voice in there asap.

I think the Devils will be fine as long as they fix their goaltending issue. Some of their losses are the result of missing their top 2 centers for a bunch of games.
