Default POLL: Pick the New E=NG Thread Title! E=NG Bracket Challenge, The Final Round

It is time to open a new chapter in the epic tale of E=NG, Edmonton is no good.

This year, we have turned the naming of the next E=NG thread into a bracket challenge, and the results from Round 2 are in:

Round 2.1.
“The All-Consuming Pursuit of the Next Solution” [1] (59.6%)
v.
“Stanley Cup Contenders in 32nd Place” (40.4%)[4]

Round 2.2.
"Not f###ing good enough” [2] (40.4%)
v.
"Mud, Sweatpants and Tiers" [3] (59.6%)

So, we will rum the Final Round for two days to ensure that everyone gets a chance to vote, and in an odd sort of happenstance, both finalists won their last round with the exact same shape of the popular vote.

FINAL ROUND
“The All-Consuming Pursuit of the Next Solution”
v.
"Mud, Sweatpants and Tiers"

Vote now! The new thread will be launched sometime over the weekend.

Gotta go with Mud Sweatpants and Tiers. It’s simple, concise, layered and effective.

Went with "solution"...because they always think they've found one and promptly fail to execute.

I don't find the tiers one funny at all. The other one however, is amazing

It should be Blood, Sweatpants and Tiers, not Mud, Sweatpants and Tiers.

For that iteration to make it as a finalist is a fail.

Blood is timeless, Mud is just confusing and too much.

And where TF is "From Cup Lock to Knoblauch"?? That was perfection.

Whichever one wins, make sure it's tagged with "edmonton is no good" and "e=ng" so that search engines spread the message.

Also, tag cloud dominance..

If it has to be down to these two, it's All Consuming Pursuit for me.

It's a solid and safe choice for a title.

Write in vote for Cup Lock to Knoblauch. Better than both of these.

This ^

Can we take the winner of this poll and run it against "Cup Lock to Knoblauch" to ensure it is in fact the most wanted title by the board?

I was as generous as possible to whatever could be considered a "write in" vote for "From Cup Lock to Knoblauch" in the first round, but it failed to get even 10% of the vote-share in any bracket.

The All-Consuming Pursuit of the Next Solution....is my choice but this is a situation where there is no wrong answer.

Probably cause nobody really thought write-ins were even being considered.

I don't want to ruin the typically-organic spontaneity of this whole thing, but I'd also be interested in seeing the reults of a run-off against the winner of this round.

None of these really stand out to me or make me laugh like, Edmonton is No good: Something is on the water.

Again, I missed this but, why is it 'Tiers' and not 'Tears'?

Because Oilers management has alluded to there being various tiers of fans, and being selective as to which tiers they actually care about. (Paywalling the new coach presser is a recent example)
