Default October 27 with six games.

The Friday OOT starts off a little early because
it is Nevada Day, a statuatory holiday in that state.
There are a decent amount of games properly scheduled
and includes a pair of inter conference games.

The 'Hawks' early schedule has been brutal. Tonight is the 8th game of the season, and seven of the teams my guys have played were undefeated at the time of puck drop. The Pens, in the opener, 2 vs. the Bruins, Toronto on the road (undefeated at that time), Colorado on the road, and this is the 2nd against Vegas. Our only 2 home games, so far, Bruins and Golden Knights.

Not that I had any hopes for being competitive, but, it cannot be good for the young players' development to have little early season success.

Bedard and the Blackhawks play a more skill-based, faster system than the Flames do. Way more entertaining to watch. This is a team currently rocking Foligno on their top line, and they're more creative than the Flames.

Great game in New Jersey between these conferences rivals. It is 2-2 wide open hockey with a goid flow. Body checking is solid with some nastiness as amatch penalty has been assessed. Comrie has just been pulled due to a groin injury

Hawks rally to beat Vegas after being down 2-0 early in the game.

What they lack in talent they make up in working hard.

Flames need to watch them lol.

Haula scores a shorthanded breakaway goal. Dahlin ties it up on his shot being deflected. It is 3-3 heading into the third period. This should be fun so buckle up!

Vanacek is garbage.

Devils might be in the goalie market and potentially a trade partner for Markstrom.

The Devils score in Toffolian fashion again. It was on the power play with the Hughes Brothers getting assists. Cozens ties it up later on and then Haula quickly regains the lead for the Devils. This game is bleeping awesome. There are four minutes left in regulation time!

Entertaining game between the Devils and Sabres! I have no rooting interest in either team, just fun hockey to watch.

Sharks 0-7-1 to start the season. Safe to say we know why will have the best chance at Celebrini this year.

Only 3:18 for Matthew Phillips tonight. Think he only got something like 5:30 last game. Doesn't appear to going so well for him with the Caps

Both teams were let down by their goaltending.

Definitely makes for an exciting game!!

Terravainen scores a natural hat trick in Carolina's 3-0 win. That is two consecutive games the Sharks have not scored.

The Capitals defeat the Wild in the shootout. Ovechkin with one assist.

In case you wanted something to make the Flames loss to them last night even worse, the Canucks are currently absolutely murdering the Blues 3-0 with shots 27-7.
