Like these D pairings much more. Actually, even the forward lines look better too.

Also, I like those L-R pairings better than the loaded top-4 pairings.

Interesting.

There is a lot to like here:
· Dube provides speed on the wing which could really help the top line with breakouts and entries.
· Coronato is slotted on a scoring line, which will likely get the easiest starts, and with arguably the team's most creative centre.
· The third line from hell stays together.

Yeah. I like these lines much better than what they were rolling out before.

Dube showed the most chemistry with Huberdeau last season but they got split it quickly for whatever reason.

I think his speed forced guys to play faster and keep up with him.

Kadri is the best player gaining the zone it's what he did after that was driving people crazy. All Coronato has to do is get to his spot and Kadri should hopefully find him.

The lines look a lot better.

Oesterle gotta go though he's terrible.

Anderson-Dolan or Lavoie in Hunt's spot would be pretty sweet

Hopefully Dube and Huberdeau get a long look together

Oesterle played his best with Tanev, the D looks more balanced now

I think the key is to play Oesterle with Tanev. Oesterle looked bad with Zadorov but good with Tanev. That’s just the Tanev effect.

I did like the building of the redemption line with Mangiapane skating with Huberdeau and Lindholm as all 3 have something to prove. Dube is a very solid option though on the Huby line as I think he brings some of the same qualities that Duclair had on the Panthers and his speed will be key.

I am in the group hoping for a waiver claim to improve the 4th line. Suck’s Pelletier got injured.

Mangiapane seemed like a odd choice for that line.

His game isn't suited for Lindholm or Huberdeau.

He scores ugly goals and with his shoulder healed hopefully he gets back to dirty areas.

I liked him on that line because he does have a very nice shot and is not afraid to get to the dirty areas where Huby can thread the puck.

I don't think I've seen Dube playing a good, fast, effective game since mid last season, and he just managed to make AHL/ECHL players look good against Edmonton by comparison.

My expectations are non existent though so Huska's welcome to surprise me if he thinks he has something there.

Mangiapane 5 on 5 only seems to work next to Backlund.

I'd say it was wise to reunite a proven line.

Dube was good and in the that stretch he one day woke up and became our 4th line C.

Puzzling roster moves like that for a team needing goals really made things worse.

I think he showed well with Huberdeau and given some time I think they can do well.

Jesus. Again with thinking Dube gave a flying crap about the Wranglers vs Oilers game. Amused that you are serious.

I hope after all the paper transactions are done we see Klapka Ruzicka Duehr on the 4th line. I like the look of the rest of the lines.

When has Dube impressed or stood out, or even looked ready in this camp?

The Oilers game was just the cherry on top of an underwhelming training camp for Dillon. Any Flame with an inkling of pride sent to be the veteran guy with a boat load of prospects shouldn't find himself at the bottom of the charts after that game.

In the big picture its meaningless, but hopefully it was a good wake up call for him.

I'd say he stood out and looked ready when he won the fitness comp...

I thought Dube was a staple in the away games, he played against the highest competition and had the toughest deployments.

Despite that Dube has 1G, 5P, +1, in 6 games.

I thought Dube looked like one of the better forwards. I think the large amount of games and travel made him look worse in the last VAN game.
