I think Wheeler is a steal. If Toronto got him it would be far better than Reeves. He's probably among the better free agents I'd have chosen if you want a big guy who can play a bit rough. Puzzling he signed for so little. I'd have through every contender would be up for picking him up at $2.5ish.

He just got paid 18M on the buyout iirc.
He picked where he wanted to play and took what was offered.
