Why don't they move back to starting the season in the 2nd week of September. That way the season can end in May.

It seems like the full regular season schedule will be released on Tuesday, June 27!

They don’t understand that their fans can’t wait for the season to get going in September and unless their own team is still in could care less about hockey in June.

Probably don't want to start around the same time as the NFL, but I'd rather start around the same time as American football then play head to head with the NBA playoffs.
